Headquartered in Allen, Texas, WatchGuard is the world’s largest manufacturer of police in-car video systems and is a supplier to nearly 1/3rd of all U.S. law enforcement agencies across the country. The company features a line of High Definition and Direct-to-DVD integrated in-car video systems, as well as wearable cameras and high fidelity microphones intended exclusively for police use.

Valesco Industries partnered with the WatchGuard Video management team to complete a recapitalization of the business and position the company for continued growth and expansion.
